Xoveni Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

Last Updated: September 1, 2026

This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy explains how Xoveni handles copyright, trademark, brand, impersonation, and other intellectual-property concerns relating to content, accounts, order targets, reseller activity, child panels, CRM content, knowledge-base materials, and other information processed through Xoveni.

This Policy forms part of the Xoveni Terms & Conditions and applies to all users, including direct customers, API users, resellers, child-panel operators, business users, and persons submitting intellectual-property complaints.

Xoveni respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same.

Xoveni does not determine ownership disputes between private parties where the rights asserted are unclear, disputed, or require a court or other competent authority to resolve.

Nothing in this Policy constitutes legal advice or a determination that any particular use is lawful or unlawful.

1. General Intellectual Property Principle

  • You must not use Xoveni in a manner that knowingly infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, database, design, or other intellectual-property rights.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that content, brands, names, logos, images, URLs, accounts, profiles, materials, and other information submitted through Xoveni may lawfully be used for your intended purpose.
  • Availability of a service through Xoveni does not constitute authorization to use another person's intellectual property.
  • Xoveni may restrict, suspend, remove, cancel, or terminate activity where credible evidence indicates material intellectual-property infringement.

2. User Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for obtaining any permission, license, authorization, consent, or other right required to use intellectual property submitted to or processed through Xoveni.
  • You must not falsely represent that you own or control intellectual property belonging to another person.
  • You must not use Xoveni to intentionally impersonate a brand, creator, business, organization, or individual.
  • You remain responsible for your own marketing claims, content, branding, and downstream activity.

3. Order Targets

  • Xoveni SMM orders may target publicly accessible profiles, posts, videos, pages, channels, groups, websites, or other online content.
  • Submission of a public URL does not necessarily establish that the person placing the order owns or controls the target.
  • Where authorization is legally required, users are responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient authority to submit the target.
  • Xoveni may investigate orders where a credible rights holder alleges unlawful impersonation, infringement, sabotage, or misuse.

4. Copyright

  • Copyright may protect original works including text, images, photographs, videos, music, software, graphics, designs, articles, documentation, and other creative material.
  • You must not upload, copy, distribute, display, reproduce, or otherwise use copyrighted material through Xoveni without authorization where authorization is required.
  • You are responsible for determining whether your use is licensed, permitted by law, or otherwise authorized.
  • Xoveni does not provide a warranty that user-submitted material is free from third-party copyright claims.

5. Trademarks

  • Trademarks may include brand names, logos, slogans, product names, service names, trade dress, or other identifiers used to distinguish goods or services.
  • You must not use another party's trademark in a manner that unlawfully creates confusion regarding source, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
  • Descriptive references to third-party platforms or brands may be used where lawful and appropriate.
  • Reference to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, X, LinkedIn, Twitch, or other third-party platforms does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those platforms.

6. Brand Impersonation

  • You must not use Xoveni to create, support, promote, or operate fraudulent impersonation of another brand, business, creator, organization, government body, or individual.
  • You must not create a child panel, reseller site, profile, or marketing campaign that falsely represents itself as being owned or officially operated by an unrelated third party.
  • Xoveni may restrict services where a domain, branding, account, or presentation creates a credible risk of fraudulent impersonation.
  • Legitimate resellers must clearly operate as independent businesses unless otherwise authorized.

7. Xoveni Branding

  • The Xoveni name, logo, interface, website design, software, documentation, product names, graphics, and other proprietary materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws.
  • Use of Xoveni Services does not transfer ownership of Xoveni intellectual property to a customer.
  • Users may not falsely represent themselves as Xoveni, an official Xoveni office, an authorized Xoveni employee, or an exclusive representative unless expressly authorized.
  • Users may not remove or falsify proprietary notices where such notices are included in Xoveni materials.

8. Reseller Branding

  • Resellers and child-panel operators may use their own lawful branding where supported by the Services.
  • A reseller is responsible for ensuring that its business name, logo, domain, images, templates, text, and other branding do not infringe third-party rights.
  • White-label functionality does not grant a reseller rights to trademarks or other intellectual property belonging to third parties.
  • Xoveni may require removal or modification of reseller branding where a credible infringement or impersonation complaint is received.

9. Child-Panel Domains

  • Child-panel operators are responsible for selecting and maintaining lawful domains and subdomains.
  • Xoveni does not guarantee that a domain selected by a reseller does not infringe a trademark or other right.
  • A reseller must not knowingly use a domain that impersonates or unlawfully exploits another party's protected brand.
  • Domain disputes may need to be resolved through the registrar, registry, court, arbitration procedure, or other appropriate dispute-resolution process.

10. User Content

  • Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit to Xoveni.
  • By submitting content, users grant Xoveni the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, display, transmit, reproduce, or otherwise use that content for purposes of providing the Services.
  • Users represent that they have the rights necessary to grant those permissions.
  • Xoveni may remove or restrict user content where continued processing creates a credible legal or intellectual-property risk.

11. CRM and Communication Content

  • Users are responsible for content sent, received, uploaded, or stored through CRM, Unified Inbox, Email, Web Chat, Support Tickets, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, or other connected channels.
  • Xoveni does not automatically review all customer communications for intellectual-property compliance.
  • Business users should ensure that marketing materials, attachments, images, templates, and other communications may lawfully be used.
  • A third-party platform may independently remove or restrict content under its own intellectual-property policies.

12. Knowledge Base and RAG Content

  • Users must have appropriate rights to documents, text, images, files, FAQs, manuals, articles, or other materials uploaded to a Xoveni knowledge base or AI retrieval system.
  • Uploading copyrighted material without appropriate authorization may violate this Policy.
  • Users are responsible for removing content they no longer have the right to process.
  • Xoveni may disable or remove knowledge-base materials where a credible infringement notice is received.

13. AI-Generated Content

  • AI-assisted features may generate text or other output based on user instructions or available source material.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publication or commercial use.
  • Xoveni does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from similarity to third-party material, trademark concerns, or other intellectual-property issues.
  • Users should conduct appropriate review before using AI-generated material in branding, advertising, products, or other significant commercial applications.

14. API Users

  • API users remain responsible for content, targets, URLs, account identifiers, and other material submitted through automated integrations.
  • Automation does not reduce or transfer the customer's intellectual-property responsibilities.
  • Xoveni may suspend API access where automated activity repeatedly submits infringing, fraudulent, or prohibited material.
  • API users should implement appropriate controls to prevent unauthorized downstream use.

15. Reseller End Customers

  • Resellers are responsible for activity submitted by their own customers through reseller or child-panel systems.
  • A downstream customer's infringement may be treated as activity associated with the reseller account where appropriate.
  • Resellers should maintain reasonable procedures for receiving and responding to intellectual-property complaints from rights holders.
  • Xoveni may require a reseller to block, remove, or restrict an end customer responsible for repeated or serious infringement.

16. Intellectual Property Complaints

  • A rights holder or authorized representative may contact Xoveni regarding alleged infringement connected to the Services.
  • Complaints should provide enough information for Xoveni to understand the rights asserted and identify the allegedly infringing activity.
  • Xoveni may request additional information before acting on a complaint.
  • Submission of a complaint does not guarantee removal, suspension, cancellation, or other requested action.

17. Information Required in a Copyright Complaint

  • A copyright complaint should identify the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed.
  • The complaint should identify the specific Xoveni-related content, account, panel, URL, order target, or other activity alleged to be infringing.
  • The complaint should provide sufficient information to locate the relevant material.
  • The complaint should include the complainant's name and reliable contact information.
  • If the complainant acts on behalf of a rights holder, the complaint should identify that relationship or authority.
  • The complaint should explain the basis for believing the use is unauthorized.
  • Xoveni may request a statement confirming that the information provided is accurate and submitted in good faith.

18. Information Required in a Trademark Complaint

  • A trademark complaint should identify the trademark, brand, or other protected identifier at issue.
  • The complaint should provide relevant registration information where available.
  • The complaint should identify the specific Xoveni-related use alleged to infringe or create unlawful confusion.
  • The complainant should explain why the challenged use is believed to violate its rights.
  • Xoveni may request documentation showing ownership or authority to act on behalf of the trademark owner.
  • Xoveni may decline to resolve disputes that require a substantive legal determination beyond the information reasonably available to us.

19. Where to Submit a Complaint

  • Intellectual-property complaints may be submitted through the Xoveni support system.
  • Complaints may also be sent to support@xoveni.com.
  • The subject line should clearly identify the request as an intellectual-property, copyright, trademark, or brand complaint where possible.
  • Providing complete and organized information may help Xoveni evaluate the request more efficiently.

20. Good-Faith Complaints

  • Complaints must be submitted in good faith.
  • You should not knowingly make false claims of ownership, infringement, impersonation, or unauthorized use.
  • Xoveni may refuse or limit requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, retaliatory, misleading, or unrelated to a legitimate rights claim.
  • Persons submitting knowingly false notices may be responsible for consequences arising under applicable law.

21. Verification of Complainants

  • Xoveni may request reasonable verification of a complainant's identity, authority, ownership, registration, agency relationship, or other relevant facts.
  • Verification may be required where a request seeks removal, restriction, disclosure, or other significant action.
  • Failure to provide reasonably requested information may prevent Xoveni from acting on the complaint.
  • Verification information will be handled in accordance with the Xoveni Privacy Policy.

22. Review of Complaints

  • Xoveni may review relevant system information, user-submitted material, public information, account data, service configuration, or other records when evaluating a complaint.
  • Xoveni may request clarification from the complainant or affected user.
  • Review time may vary depending on the complexity of the issue.
  • Xoveni may prioritize complaints involving fraud, impersonation, malicious activity, or clear legal risk.

23. Possible Actions

  • Xoveni may take no action where a complaint lacks sufficient information or does not establish a credible issue.
  • Xoveni may request additional information.
  • Xoveni may temporarily restrict relevant content or functionality while reviewing a complaint.
  • Xoveni may cancel or block affected orders.
  • Xoveni may disable a child panel, reseller feature, domain configuration, knowledge-base item, or other functionality.
  • Xoveni may warn, suspend, or terminate an account in appropriate cases.
  • Xoveni may preserve records where reasonably necessary for investigation, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

24. Takedown Requests

  • Xoveni may remove or disable access to content or functionality where a sufficiently credible complaint establishes a reasonable basis for action.
  • A takedown may be temporary or permanent depending on the circumstances.
  • Removal by Xoveni does not constitute a judicial determination of infringement.
  • Xoveni may restore material where the issue is resolved, the complaint is withdrawn, sufficient authorization is provided, or other appropriate grounds exist.

25. Order Cancellation Related to Rights Complaints

  • Xoveni may cancel or refuse an order where fulfilling it would create a credible intellectual-property, impersonation, fraud, or legal risk.
  • Cancellation does not necessarily result in a cash refund.
  • Eligible unused portions may be handled according to the Xoveni Refund & Refill Policy.
  • Orders involving fraudulent payments or serious abuse may be subject to additional restrictions.

26. Notifications to Affected Users

  • Xoveni may notify an affected user that a complaint has been received where appropriate.
  • A notice may include enough information to allow the user to understand and respond to the complaint.
  • Xoveni may withhold certain information where disclosure would create a legal, privacy, security, or safety concern.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information associated with their accounts.

27. User Responses

  • A user affected by an intellectual-property complaint may provide information explaining why the challenged use is authorized, licensed, mistaken, non-infringing, or otherwise permitted.
  • Users should provide truthful and relevant information.
  • Xoveni may request evidence of ownership, license, permission, agency, fair use, authorization, or other relevant rights.
  • Submission of a response does not guarantee restoration of content or functionality.

28. Counter-Notice Concept

  • Where applicable law provides a formal counter-notice process, an affected user may be able to submit a counter-notice in response to certain copyright removal requests.
  • The availability and requirements of a counter-notice depend on the law and circumstances applicable to the request.
  • Xoveni may provide additional instructions where a formal statutory procedure applies.
  • Users should obtain independent legal advice if they are uncertain about the consequences of submitting a formal counter-notice.

29. No Automatic DMCA Representation

  • Xoveni operates internationally and does not represent that every intellectual-property complaint is governed by the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
  • Where the DMCA or another statutory notice-and-takedown regime legally applies, Xoveni may process qualifying notices in accordance with the applicable requirements.
  • Complaints outside such regimes may be evaluated under this Policy and other applicable legal principles.
  • This Policy is intended to provide a general international complaint procedure rather than replace mandatory statutory procedures.

30. Court Orders and Legal Determinations

  • Xoveni may comply with valid court orders, judgments, injunctions, or other binding legal requirements relating to intellectual property.
  • Xoveni may require parties to obtain a legal determination where ownership or infringement cannot reasonably be resolved through the platform complaint process.
  • Xoveni is not required to adjudicate complex contractual, licensing, ownership, partnership, or trademark priority disputes.
  • Users and complainants remain responsible for pursuing their own legal remedies where necessary.

31. Trademark Ownership Disputes

  • Xoveni generally cannot determine complicated trademark ownership or priority disputes between competing businesses.
  • Registration documents may be considered but do not necessarily resolve every dispute.
  • Xoveni may maintain restrictions while parties seek resolution through an appropriate legal or administrative process.
  • Xoveni may act more quickly where the evidence indicates clear impersonation or fraud rather than a legitimate commercial ownership dispute.

32. Copyright Ownership Disputes

  • Xoveni may be unable to determine copyright ownership where multiple parties claim rights to the same work.
  • Contracts, licenses, work-for-hire arrangements, assignments, and other ownership questions may require legal interpretation.
  • Xoveni may request additional documentation or decline to take definitive action until the dispute is resolved.
  • Nothing in Xoveni's response determines ownership between the parties.

33. Publicity and Personality Rights

  • Certain jurisdictions recognize rights relating to a person's name, image, likeness, voice, identity, or publicity.
  • Users are responsible for determining whether authorization is required before commercially using another person's identity.
  • Xoveni may review credible complaints involving impersonation or unauthorized commercial use of identity.
  • The existence and scope of publicity rights vary significantly by jurisdiction.

34. Privacy and Intellectual Property

  • Some complaints may involve both intellectual-property and privacy concerns.
  • Personal-data requests are governed primarily by the Xoveni Privacy Policy.
  • Intellectual-property ownership does not automatically create a right to receive another user's confidential account information.
  • Xoveni will disclose personal information only where permitted or required under applicable privacy and legal obligations.

35. Confidential Information

  • This Policy does not authorize users to upload or distribute trade secrets, confidential documents, private business information, or other information they are not authorized to disclose.
  • Confidentiality disputes may involve contractual or legal rights different from copyright or trademark law.
  • Xoveni may restrict material where a credible complaint establishes significant legal or security risk.
  • Xoveni is not a substitute for a court or arbitration process in complex confidentiality disputes.

36. Software and Source Code

  • Xoveni software, source code, databases, APIs, interfaces, documentation, and related technical materials may be protected by copyright, trade-secret, contractual, and other laws.
  • Users must not unlawfully copy, extract, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or reproduce protected Xoveni technology.
  • Access to API functionality does not grant ownership of Xoveni's API design, documentation, or underlying systems.
  • Rights expressly granted through documentation or separate agreements remain subject to those terms.

37. Scraping and Database Rights

  • Users must not systematically extract or reproduce protected Xoveni databases, service listings, descriptions, pricing, documentation, or other content in violation of applicable law or Xoveni's rights.
  • Automated access must comply with the Xoveni Acceptable Use & Delivery Policy.
  • Certain jurisdictions may recognize database or compilation rights in addition to copyright.
  • Xoveni may restrict scraping or automated extraction that creates infringement, security, or operational risk.

38. Service Descriptions

  • Xoveni service descriptions, category structures, documentation, help content, graphics, and original written materials may be protected intellectual property.
  • Customers and resellers may use information necessary to understand or lawfully resell Services, subject to applicable terms.
  • Bulk copying or republication of Xoveni content as though it were independently created may be prohibited.
  • Xoveni may provide separate permissions or reseller materials where appropriate.

39. Third-Party Platform Names

  • Xoveni may reference third-party platform names to identify compatible services.
  • Such references are descriptive and are not intended to imply official affiliation, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.
  • Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
  • Users and resellers must also avoid falsely implying an official relationship with those platforms.

40. Domain and Search Advertising Use

  • Users are responsible for ensuring that domain names, paid search campaigns, keywords, advertisements, and marketing materials comply with applicable trademark and advertising laws.
  • A reseller should not use a third-party brand in a manner that falsely suggests official ownership or endorsement.
  • Affiliate or reseller programs may impose additional restrictions concerning bidding on Xoveni or third-party trademarks.
  • Xoveni may require modification of advertising or domain use where credible infringement or deception concerns arise.

41. Repeat Infringement

  • Xoveni may take stronger action against users associated with repeated credible intellectual-property violations.
  • Repeat infringement may result in service restrictions, API limitations, reseller restrictions, child-panel suspension, or account termination.
  • Xoveni may consider the number, seriousness, credibility, and circumstances of prior complaints.
  • Xoveni is not required to wait for a specific number of complaints before acting against serious or intentional infringement.

42. Reseller Repeat Infringement

  • Resellers should take reasonable action against end customers who repeatedly violate intellectual-property rights.
  • Failure to address repeated downstream infringement may result in enforcement against the reseller account.
  • Xoveni may require a reseller to remove or restrict particular customers, products, pages, campaigns, or integrations.
  • A reseller remains responsible for maintaining its own lawful business practices.

43. Fraudulent Impersonation Cases

  • Xoveni may take immediate action where a service, child panel, profile, or campaign appears to be part of phishing, financial fraud, identity theft, or deliberate brand impersonation.
  • Immediate action may include temporary suspension before a complete intellectual-property investigation is finished.
  • Xoveni may share relevant information with payment providers, hosting providers, registrars, security services, or authorities where permitted or required by law.
  • Fraud prevention may take priority over ordinary notice procedures where there is an urgent risk.

44. Emergency Requests

  • Intellectual-property complaints are generally not emergency procedures.
  • Where a complaint also involves credible immediate threats, fraud, account compromise, or significant security risk, the complainant should clearly identify the urgent circumstances.
  • Xoveni may prioritize urgent security-related issues where appropriate.
  • Emergency legal or safety matters may require contact with relevant authorities or third-party platforms directly.

45. Complaints About Third-Party Platforms

  • Xoveni cannot remove content directly from third-party social media platforms merely because a complaint is submitted to Xoveni.
  • Rights holders may need to submit separate complaints directly to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Telegram, Discord, X, LinkedIn, Twitch, hosting providers, domain registrars, or other relevant services.
  • Xoveni's action is generally limited to Xoveni-controlled accounts, orders, reseller functionality, infrastructure, or information.
  • Xoveni does not control enforcement decisions made by third-party platforms.

46. Preservation of Evidence

  • Xoveni may preserve relevant records after receiving a credible complaint where reasonably necessary for investigation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or defense of legal claims.
  • Preservation may include order records, account information, logs, support communications, payment information, or technical records.
  • Preservation does not necessarily mean that the information will be disclosed to the complainant.
  • Personal information remains subject to the Xoveni Privacy Policy.

47. Disclosure of User Information

  • Xoveni does not automatically disclose confidential user information to a person submitting an intellectual-property complaint.
  • Disclosure may occur where the user consents, applicable law permits it, or a valid legal process requires it.
  • Rights holders seeking identifying information may need to use appropriate legal procedures.
  • Xoveni may disclose limited information where reasonably necessary to facilitate resolution and where legally permitted.

48. No Legal Representation

  • Xoveni does not act as legal counsel for users, resellers, rights holders, or complainants.
  • Xoveni does not provide legal opinions concerning copyright ownership, trademark validity, fair use, licensing, or other legal questions.
  • Parties should obtain independent legal advice where a dispute involves significant rights or potential liability.
  • Xoveni's enforcement decisions are platform-management decisions and do not constitute court judgments.

49. No Guarantee of Resolution

  • Xoveni will use reasonable efforts to evaluate sufficiently supported complaints.
  • Xoveni does not guarantee that every dispute can be resolved through the platform.
  • Complex disputes may require direct negotiation, arbitration, administrative proceedings, or court action between the parties.
  • Xoveni may maintain reasonable restrictions while a serious unresolved dispute remains active.

50. Abuse of the Complaint Process

  • You must not use intellectual-property complaints to harass competitors, interfere with lawful businesses, obtain confidential information, or suppress legitimate criticism.
  • Repeated fraudulent or abusive notices may be disregarded or restricted.
  • Xoveni may take action against users who abuse the complaint process through their Xoveni accounts.
  • Rights holders and users are expected to communicate truthfully and in good faith.

51. Misrepresentation

  • Information submitted in an infringement complaint or response must be accurate to the best of the submitter's knowledge.
  • Documents must not be intentionally falsified or materially altered.
  • Xoveni may deny requests where evidence appears fraudulent or unreliable.
  • Misrepresentation may expose the submitting party to liability under applicable law.

52. Restoration of Restricted Material

  • Xoveni may restore restricted material or functionality where sufficient evidence establishes authorization or where a complaint is withdrawn or resolved.
  • Restoration may also occur where Xoveni determines that the original restriction is no longer necessary.
  • Restoration does not guarantee that third-party platforms or providers will restore their own independently restricted services.
  • Certain technical or provider limitations may prevent restoration even after a dispute is resolved.

53. Repeat Complaints About the Same Material

  • Parties should avoid submitting repeated identical complaints while an existing complaint remains under review.
  • Updated complaints should identify material new evidence or changed circumstances.
  • Duplicate submissions may delay processing.
  • Xoveni may consolidate related complaints for efficient review.

54. Service Provider Cooperation

  • Xoveni may need to cooperate with hosting providers, payment processors, upstream providers, communication providers, registrars, or other service providers when addressing credible intellectual-property or impersonation concerns.
  • Information shared will be limited as appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.
  • Third-party providers may make their own independent enforcement decisions.
  • Xoveni cannot guarantee the action that another provider will take.

55. Upstream SMM Providers

  • Some Xoveni orders are fulfilled through independent upstream providers.
  • Xoveni may communicate relevant complaint information to an upstream provider where necessary to stop or investigate affected delivery.
  • Upstream providers may impose their own intellectual-property or acceptable-use restrictions.
  • A provider's cancellation or refusal of an order may affect service availability.

56. Payment Provider Requirements

  • Payment providers may require merchants to address trademark, copyright, counterfeit, impersonation, fraud, or prohibited-business complaints.
  • Xoveni may take action where intellectual-property abuse threatens payment-processing relationships or creates financial risk.
  • A payment provider may independently restrict transactions, accounts, or merchant functionality.
  • Xoveni does not control all enforcement decisions made by payment providers.

57. Counterfeit Goods and Services

  • Xoveni must not be used to knowingly promote unlawful counterfeit goods or services.
  • Users must not falsely represent counterfeit products as genuine branded products.
  • Xoveni may restrict promotional activity associated with credible counterfeit complaints.
  • Rights holders may be asked to provide evidence sufficient to identify the allegedly counterfeit activity.

58. Marketplace and E-Commerce Targets

  • Where Xoveni Services are used in connection with marketplace or e-commerce content, users remain responsible for compliance with intellectual-property rules applicable to product listings, brands, images, descriptions, and advertisements.
  • Xoveni does not verify the authenticity of every product associated with an order target.
  • Marketplace operators may enforce their own intellectual-property programs independently from Xoveni.
  • Customers assume responsibility for the legality of the underlying commercial activity.

59. Music and Audio Rights

  • Users are responsible for ensuring that music, audio, recordings, performances, and related materials used through their own campaigns are appropriately licensed where required.
  • Xoveni does not provide music synchronization, mechanical, master, public-performance, or other audio licenses merely by providing social media marketing Services.
  • Third-party platforms may mute, block, remove, or demonetize content containing unauthorized music.
  • Such platform actions are outside Xoveni's control.

60. Images and Photographs

  • Users should ensure they have appropriate rights to photographs, illustrations, graphics, product images, logos, or other visual material used in reseller panels, CRM messages, campaigns, or knowledge bases.
  • Ownership of an object shown in a photograph does not necessarily establish ownership of the photograph itself.
  • Model, personality, or publicity rights may apply in addition to copyright.
  • Xoveni may restrict material subject to a credible visual-content rights complaint.

61. Written Content

  • Users must not knowingly copy substantial protected written content from third parties without permission where permission is required.
  • Written content may include articles, service descriptions, advertisements, documentation, blog posts, marketing copy, and educational materials.
  • Facts and general ideas may be treated differently from protected expression under applicable copyright law.
  • Users are responsible for assessing their own lawful use.

62. Customer Reviews and Testimonials

  • Users are responsible for ensuring that testimonials, reviews, endorsements, logos, screenshots, or customer statements used in marketing may lawfully be displayed.
  • Xoveni does not verify the authenticity or licensing status of every testimonial submitted by a reseller.
  • False endorsements may raise advertising, consumer-protection, trademark, or publicity-right concerns in addition to intellectual-property concerns.

63. Content Removal by Users

  • Users may voluntarily remove content that is the subject of a complaint.
  • Voluntary removal may resolve the immediate platform issue but does not necessarily resolve any dispute between the parties.
  • Xoveni may retain necessary records after removal for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
  • Re-uploading substantially identical infringing material may result in stronger enforcement.

64. Account Suspension

  • Xoveni may temporarily suspend an account while investigating serious or repeated intellectual-property violations.
  • Suspension may affect orders, API access, CRM functions, reseller features, child panels, payments, or other Services.
  • Xoveni may request corrective action or verification before restoring access.
  • Suspension does not determine civil liability between the parties.

65. Account Termination

  • Xoveni may terminate an account for serious, intentional, fraudulent, or repeated infringement.
  • Xoveni may also terminate accounts used primarily for impersonation, counterfeit promotion, phishing, or other unlawful misuse of intellectual property.
  • Remaining balances and pending financial matters will be handled according to the Terms & Conditions and Refund & Refill Policy.
  • Relevant records may be retained where reasonably necessary after termination.

66. Relationship With the Terms & Conditions

  • This Policy supplements the Xoveni Terms & Conditions.
  • The Terms & Conditions include additional rules regarding user content, intellectual property, prohibited uses, account suspension, account termination, and liability.
  • Users must comply with both this Policy and the Terms & Conditions.
  • A violation of this Policy may also constitute a violation of the Terms & Conditions.

67. Relationship With the Acceptable Use & Delivery Policy

  • The Xoveni Acceptable Use & Delivery Policy prohibits unlawful infringement, impersonation, fraud, malicious targeting, and other misuse of the Services.
  • Intellectual-property complaints may therefore also result in enforcement under the Acceptable Use & Delivery Policy.
  • Technical delivery rules remain governed by the applicable service description and delivery policies.

68. Relationship With the Privacy Policy

  • Personal information processed in connection with an intellectual-property complaint is subject to the Xoveni Privacy Policy.
  • Xoveni may collect contact information, evidence, communications, account information, and verification information necessary to evaluate a complaint.
  • Xoveni will not disclose personal information merely because a complainant requests it where disclosure is not otherwise permitted.

69. Relationship With the Refund & Refill Policy

  • Cancellation of an order due to an intellectual-property complaint does not automatically entitle a customer to a cash refund.
  • Refunds, wallet credits, partial orders, cancellations, and financial adjustments are governed by the Xoveni Refund & Refill Policy.
  • Successfully delivered portions may remain chargeable subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the complaint.
  • Fraudulent or unlawful transactions may be subject to additional restrictions.

70. Changes to This Policy

  • Xoveni may update this Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy to reflect legal developments, platform changes, service changes, complaint procedures, reseller features, security requirements, or operational practices.
  • The latest version will be published on Xoveni with an updated “Last Updated” date.
  • Where required by applicable law, additional notice of material changes may be provided.
  • Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically.

71. Contact

  • Copyright, trademark, brand, impersonation, or other intellectual-property concerns may be submitted through the Xoveni support system.
  • Email: support@xoveni.com
  • Website: https://xoveni.com
  • When contacting Xoveni, please provide sufficient information to identify the relevant right, material, account, panel, URL, or activity.

Policy Acknowledgment

  • By using Xoveni, submitting content, placing orders, using the API, operating a reseller or child panel, using CRM or knowledge-base features, or otherwise accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for respecting applicable intellectual-property rights and complying with this Policy.
