Add funds to your Xoveni account using one of the payment methods currently available in the Add Funds section. Your account balance is then used to pay for orders automatically. Available payment methods may vary by country, currency and payment provider, and your transaction history can be reviewed from your account.

Start and completion times depend on the selected service, quantity, demand and provider capacity. Pending means the order is waiting to start, Processing means delivery is in progress, Completed means processing has finished, and Partial means only part of the requested quantity was delivered. When applicable, the value of an undelivered quantity is returned to your Xoveni balance.

Orders that have already started processing usually cannot be cancelled, edited or redirected unless the selected service specifically supports cancellation. Some services include refill protection for eligible drops during a stated period. Cancellation and refill availability always depend on the individual service conditions shown before ordering.
