Xoveni Acceptable Use & Delivery Policy
Last Updated: September 1, 2026
This Acceptable Use & Delivery Policy explains the rules governing how Xoveni Services may be used, how orders must be submitted, how delivery is measured, what customer responsibilities apply, and what conduct is prohibited.
This Policy forms part of the Xoveni Terms & Conditions and applies to all users, including direct customers, API users, resellers, child-panel operators, business users, and anyone accessing Xoveni through an authorized account.
By creating an account, placing an order, using the API, operating a reseller or child panel, connecting CRM or communication services, or otherwise using Xoveni, you agree to comply with this Policy.
Service-specific descriptions, restrictions, delivery conditions, refill terms, quantity limits, and other requirements displayed at the time an order is placed form part of the rules applicable to that order.
Nothing in this Policy authorizes activity that violates applicable law or the rules of a third-party platform.
1. General Acceptable Use
- Xoveni Services must be used only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, this Policy, applicable service descriptions, and other Xoveni policies.
- You are responsible for determining whether your intended use is lawful and appropriate in your jurisdiction.
- You must not use Xoveni in a way that creates material legal, financial, security, operational, or reputational risk for Xoveni, its users, providers, payment partners, infrastructure providers, or third parties.
- Xoveni may restrict, suspend, cancel, or terminate access where use of the Services materially violates this Policy.
2. Third-Party Platform Rules
- Xoveni is an independent service and is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by third-party social media platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.
- You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms, policies, community standards, advertising rules, developer policies, and other requirements of the third-party platforms you use.
- Some social media platforms may restrict or prohibit paid, artificial, incentivized, automated, or coordinated engagement.
- Availability of a service on Xoveni does not constitute a representation that the activity is permitted by the relevant third-party platform.
- You assume responsibility for any platform-level consequences resulting from your use of the Services.
3. Authorized Use of Targets
- You should use Xoveni only for accounts, profiles, pages, posts, videos, channels, groups, brands, businesses, or other targets that you are authorized to manage, promote, represent, or submit where authorization is legally required.
- You must not knowingly use Xoveni to impersonate another person or organization.
- You must not knowingly use Xoveni to sabotage, harass, manipulate, or maliciously target an unrelated third party.
- You are responsible for obtaining any permission required from clients, employers, brands, account owners, or other relevant parties before placing orders on their behalf.
4. Prohibited Illegal Activity
- You must not use Xoveni to facilitate, promote, organize, conceal, or support unlawful activity.
- You must not use the Services to promote illegal goods, illegal services, fraudulent schemes, or other activity prohibited under applicable law.
- You must not use Xoveni to evade court orders, sanctions, export restrictions, regulatory restrictions, or other legally binding limitations.
- Xoveni may refuse or terminate Services where continued service would create a legal compliance risk.
5. Fraud and Deception
- You must not use Xoveni to facilitate fraud, financial deception, impersonation, phishing, identity theft, or other deceptive conduct.
- You must not submit false, altered, fabricated, or misleading payment evidence.
- You must not manipulate order records, service metrics, refund systems, refill systems, promotions, referrals, or account balances for unauthorized benefit.
- You must not knowingly submit false information to Xoveni Support in connection with an order, refund, refill, payment dispute, verification request, or account investigation.
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity may result in immediate account restriction or termination.
6. Stolen Payment Methods and Unauthorized Payments
- You must not use stolen, unauthorized, compromised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund a Xoveni account.
- Payment methods should be used only by the authorized holder or by a person legitimately permitted to use them.
- Xoveni may delay wallet credit, request verification, restrict account access, or reverse credits where payment ownership is uncertain.
- Suspected payment fraud may be reported to relevant payment processors, financial institutions, or authorities where appropriate or required.
7. Phishing, Malware and Cyber Abuse
- You must not use Xoveni to distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, malicious scripts, credential-stealing pages, phishing links, or other harmful content.
- You must not use Xoveni Services to attack, scan, exploit, overload, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to websites, servers, networks, accounts, databases, APIs, or devices.
- You must not submit malicious URLs as order targets.
- Xoveni may immediately suspend activity reasonably believed to create a cybersecurity risk.
8. Harassment, Threats and Abuse
- You must not use Xoveni to facilitate unlawful harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, or targeted abuse.
- You must not use the Services to intentionally create harmful or deceptive activity against an unrelated individual, business, organization, or community.
- Xoveni may decline or terminate Services where a target or use case presents a credible abuse or safety concern.
9. Hate, Violence and Dangerous Activity
- You must not use Xoveni to promote unlawful hate, incitement to violence, terrorism, violent criminal activity, or other prohibited dangerous conduct.
- You must not use the Services to promote organizations or activities prohibited by applicable law.
- Xoveni may remove, block, or refuse orders connected to prohibited violent or extremist activity.
10. Intellectual Property and Brand Rights
- You must not use Xoveni in a manner that knowingly infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property rights.
- You are responsible for ensuring that logos, brand materials, images, names, text, files, and other content submitted to Xoveni may lawfully be used.
- Resellers and child-panel operators are responsible for obtaining rights to branding, domains, logos, and marketing materials used through their panels.
- Xoveni may restrict access to content or functionality where credible infringement concerns are raised.
11. Service Selection
- You are responsible for selecting the correct service before submitting an order.
- Services targeting the same platform or metric may differ significantly in quality, geography, speed, retention, refill coverage, source, targeting, or other characteristics.
- You should review the full service description before ordering.
- Xoveni is not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from a customer selecting a service that accurately matched the description but did not match the customer's intended use.
12. Order Information
- You are responsible for submitting complete and accurate order information.
- Order information may include a username, profile URL, post URL, video URL, channel URL, page URL, group URL, quantity, keyword, comment text, or other required information.
- Xoveni processes orders according to the information submitted by the customer.
- Incorrect order information may result in delivery to the wrong destination and may make the order ineligible for cancellation or refund.
- Customers should verify all information before confirming an order.
13. Public Account Requirement
- Services that rely on publicly visible content or metrics generally require the target account, page, post, video, channel, group, or other target to remain publicly accessible during delivery.
- Customers should not make a required public target private while an order is active.
- Customers should not restrict access in a way that prevents the provider from detecting or delivering the requested service.
- If a target becomes inaccessible, delivery may stop, fail, become partial, or become ineligible for refill or refund.
14. Social Media Passwords
- Ordinary Xoveni SMM orders generally do not require customers to provide passwords for their third-party social media accounts.
- You should not provide social media passwords unless a specific Xoveni feature expressly and legitimately requires authentication through an authorized integration.
- Xoveni is not responsible for credentials voluntarily disclosed to unrelated third parties.
- Users are responsible for protecting their third-party platform credentials.
15. Username and URL Changes
- You should not change the username, target URL, post URL, channel identifier, account identifier, or other relevant destination while an order is active.
- Changes made during delivery may prevent the provider from locating or measuring the target.
- Changing the target may result in incomplete delivery, tracking errors, failed refill requests, or inability to verify the original order.
- Xoveni is not responsible for service problems caused by customer-initiated target changes.
16. Deleting or Modifying Content
- Customers should not delete the target content while an order is active.
- Customers should avoid materially changing content where the change may interfere with delivery or verification.
- If the target content is deleted, removed, restricted, or materially altered, the order may become impossible to complete.
- Refund, cancellation, and refill eligibility may be affected where the customer has made delivery verification impossible.
17. Minimum and Maximum Order Quantities
- Each service may have a minimum order quantity and maximum order quantity.
- You must submit quantities within the limits displayed for the service.
- Xoveni may reject or fail orders that do not meet applicable quantity requirements.
- Attempts to circumvent maximum limits by splitting or automating overlapping orders may create inaccurate delivery and may not be supported.
18. Duplicate Orders
- You should not submit multiple active orders for the same service and same target before the previous order has completed unless the service expressly supports concurrent orders.
- Duplicate orders can interfere with starting counts, delivery measurement, provider tracking, refunds, and refills.
- Xoveni may be unable to accurately determine delivery where duplicate orders are placed.
- Customers assume the risk of inaccurate tracking caused by unsupported duplicate orders.
19. Overlapping Services
- Different services may sometimes be ordered for the same target.
- However, services affecting the same underlying metric may interfere with each other's measurement.
- For example, simultaneous follower services, view services, like services, subscriber services, or member services may affect the ability to determine which provider delivered a particular quantity.
- Customers are responsible for avoiding incompatible or conflicting service combinations.
- Xoveni may deny a refund or refill request where overlapping activity makes accurate measurement impossible.
20. Orders From Other Providers
- You should avoid using another SMM provider for the same target and metric while a Xoveni order is active or within an applicable refill period.
- Third-party provider activity may interfere with starting counts, completion counts, refill calculations, and delivery verification.
- Xoveni cannot always distinguish activity generated by Xoveni providers from activity generated elsewhere.
- Refund or refill eligibility may be denied where another provider materially prevents accurate measurement.
21. Organic Growth
- Social media accounts and content may continue receiving organic engagement while a Xoveni order is active.
- Organic activity may include followers, subscribers, likes, views, comments, shares, members, traffic, advertising activity, or other naturally occurring changes.
- Provider systems may calculate delivery using observable starting and ending counts.
- Xoveni cannot always separate organic activity from provider-delivered activity.
- Organic changes do not automatically create a claim that Xoveni failed to deliver.
22. Starting Counts
- Certain services use a starting count recorded at or near the beginning of processing.
- Starting counts may be obtained through public platform information, provider systems, APIs, or other available methods.
- Delivery may be calculated by comparing the starting count with later observable counts.
- Platform delays, rounding, metric changes, organic activity, or external providers may affect those calculations.
- Customers should avoid actions that make starting-count verification unreliable.
23. Delivery Times
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery times shown on Xoveni are estimates.
- Estimated start times and completion speeds are based on previous service performance, provider information, or operational expectations.
- Actual delivery speed may vary due to queue volume, platform changes, account size, geography, provider capacity, system maintenance, or other factors.
- An estimated delivery time does not constitute a guaranteed deadline unless the service expressly states that the timing is guaranteed.
- Customers should not rely on estimated delivery times for critical deadlines unless the service specifically supports such use.
24. Gradual and Instant Delivery
- Some services may begin quickly, while others may have a delayed start.
- Some services may deliver gradually over time, while others may deliver more rapidly.
- Delivery behavior depends on the individual service.
- Customers should review the service description for expected delivery characteristics.
- A service is not defective merely because delivery is gradual where gradual delivery is consistent with the service description.
25. Drip-Feed Delivery
- Certain services may support drip-feed or scheduled delivery.
- Where available, drip-feed may divide a larger quantity into multiple smaller deliveries over time.
- Customers are responsible for configuring drip-feed settings accurately.
- Incorrect interval, run, or quantity settings may result in delivery different from the customer's intention.
- Xoveni may limit drip-feed functionality based on provider support or service restrictions.
26. Order Statuses
- Xoveni may use statuses including Awaiting, Pending, In Progress, Processing, Completed, Partial, Cancelled, Error, or similar terminology.
- Status names are operational indicators and may vary according to the service or upstream provider.
- A Pending or Processing status generally indicates that the order remains active or is awaiting provider action.
- A Completed status generally indicates that the provider has reported completion.
- A Partial status generally indicates that only part of the requested quantity could be delivered.
- A Cancelled status generally indicates that delivery has been stopped where technically possible.
27. Completed Orders
- A Completed order indicates that the relevant delivery process has been reported as complete.
- Completion does not guarantee permanent retention of the delivered engagement.
- Completion does not guarantee commercial success, monetization, ranking, verification, organic growth, or other business results.
- Subsequent drops are governed by the service's applicable refill terms.
28. Partial Orders
- A Partial order means that only part of the requested quantity could be delivered.
- Where supported, the undelivered eligible portion may be credited according to the Xoveni Refund & Refill Policy.
- The delivered portion remains valid and chargeable.
- Partial completion may occur because of provider limits, platform changes, account restrictions, target conditions, or other technical factors.
29. Cancelled Orders
- Orders may be cancelled only where cancellation is technically supported.
- A customer request to cancel does not guarantee that the provider can stop delivery.
- If an order is already processing or substantially delivered, cancellation may not be available.
- Eligible unused portions of successfully cancelled orders are handled according to the Refund & Refill Policy.
30. Failed or Error Orders
- Orders may fail where required information is invalid, the target is inaccessible, the provider is unavailable, the service has changed, or another technical problem occurs.
- Some temporary errors may be retried automatically.
- Xoveni may investigate or reroute an order before determining that the service cannot be fulfilled.
- Failed orders may be cancelled or credited where appropriate under the Refund & Refill Policy.
31. Delivery Measurement
- Delivery may be measured through observable platform counts, provider records, API responses, screenshots, technical logs, or other available evidence.
- The exact method depends on the service and third-party platform.
- Third-party platforms may delay, round, filter, remove, recalculate, or otherwise modify displayed metrics.
- Xoveni may rely on reasonable provider and system records when resolving delivery disputes.
- A temporary discrepancy in a third-party platform's displayed metrics does not automatically establish non-delivery.
32. Retention
- Retention varies between services.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, Xoveni does not guarantee that delivered followers, subscribers, likes, views, members, reactions, comments, or other engagement will remain indefinitely.
- Third-party platforms may remove delivered activity as part of platform cleanup, spam detection, account deletion, policy enforcement, or other processes.
- Customers requiring refill protection should select services that expressly include it.
- No-Refill services are provided without a replacement guarantee.
33. Refill Conditions
- Refill protection applies only to services that expressly include refill coverage.
- The refill period and eligibility rules vary by service.
- Customers should keep the target publicly accessible and unchanged throughout the applicable refill period.
- Overlapping orders or use of other providers may invalidate refill eligibility.
- Full refill terms are governed by the Xoveni Refund & Refill Policy and applicable service description.
34. No Guaranteed Business Outcome
- Xoveni provides digital promotion and related technical services but does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes.
- Xoveni does not guarantee revenue, sales, profit, sponsorship, monetization, verification, search ranking, recommendation placement, organic reach, brand partnerships, advertising eligibility, or viral growth.
- Social media algorithms and commercial results depend on factors outside Xoveni's control.
- Customers should not purchase services based on an assumption of guaranteed business performance.
35. Third-Party Platform Actions
- Third-party platforms independently control moderation, ranking, detection, account enforcement, monetization, verification, and recommendation systems.
- A third-party platform may remove content, reduce reach, limit features, suspend accounts, remove engagement, refuse monetization, or take other action.
- Xoveni does not control these decisions.
- Customers accept the risk that use of certain digital marketing services may affect how third-party platforms treat their accounts or content.
36. Platform Changes
- Third-party platforms may change algorithms, APIs, metrics, technical systems, anti-spam systems, account requirements, or policies without notice to Xoveni.
- Such changes may affect service speed, delivery, retention, availability, quality, targeting, refill functionality, or other characteristics.
- Xoveni may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue affected services in response to platform changes.
- Xoveni is not required to continue a service where technical or platform conditions make continued delivery impractical or unsafe.
37. Service Availability
- Services displayed on Xoveni may become unavailable at any time.
- Availability depends in part on independent upstream providers and third-party platforms.
- Xoveni may temporarily disable a service because of maintenance, poor provider performance, platform changes, pricing changes, technical failures, or other operational concerns.
- A previously available service is not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.
38. Service Substitution
- Xoveni may route an order through a different upstream provider where reasonably necessary to maintain delivery.
- A substituted provider should be intended to deliver a service materially consistent with the purchased service.
- Provider substitution does not necessarily require prior notice where the core service characteristics remain materially consistent.
- Xoveni may decline substitution where a replacement would materially differ from the original service.
39. Service Pricing
- Prices may change without prior notice for future orders.
- Price changes may reflect upstream provider pricing, exchange rates, platform conditions, service quality, availability, market conditions, or operational costs.
- The price applicable to an accepted order will generally remain the price charged for that order.
- A later increase or decrease in price does not normally result in a retroactive adjustment.
40. API Acceptable Use
- API access must be used in accordance with Xoveni documentation, technical limits, and account permissions.
- You must protect your API key and other authentication credentials.
- You must not intentionally overload, disrupt, probe, exploit, or bypass API security or rate limits.
- You must not use malformed or abusive automated traffic intended to impair Xoveni systems.
- Xoveni may rate-limit, suspend, rotate, or revoke API credentials where necessary to protect platform stability or security.
41. API Order Responsibility
- Orders submitted using your API credentials are treated as activity authorized through your account unless Xoveni determines otherwise.
- You are responsible for validating service IDs, quantities, targets, parameters, and other data before submission.
- Xoveni is not responsible for duplicate or incorrect orders caused by errors in your own scripts, integrations, automation, or software.
- API users should implement appropriate error handling and duplicate-request prevention.
42. Automated Ordering
- Automated ordering is permitted only through supported Xoveni functionality, authorized API access, or other approved methods.
- Automation must comply with service limits and must not create excessive, abusive, duplicate, or technically disruptive traffic.
- You are responsible for monitoring your automation and correcting failures or unintended behavior.
- Xoveni may restrict automation that threatens service reliability or violates this Policy.
43. Scraping and Unauthorized Data Collection
- You must not scrape, crawl, extract, copy, harvest, or systematically collect Xoveni data without authorization where such activity is prohibited or creates unreasonable load.
- You must not use automated tools to bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits, or other security measures.
- Publicly accessible information may not be repurposed in a manner that violates applicable law, intellectual-property rights, or Xoveni's rights.
- Xoveni may block automated traffic reasonably identified as abusive.
44. Reverse Engineering and Platform Abuse
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, exploit, bypass, reproduce, or interfere with Xoveni software except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not attempt unauthorized access to administrative systems, databases, internal tools, provider credentials, source code, or infrastructure.
- Security vulnerabilities should be reported responsibly and must not be exploited for unauthorized benefit.
- Xoveni may immediately restrict accounts connected to attempted system exploitation.
45. Reseller Acceptable Use
- Resellers may use Xoveni Services for legitimate agency or resale operations where supported by their account.
- Resellers are responsible for their own customers, pricing, marketing claims, customer support, refund policies, privacy notices, legal compliance, and downstream activity.
- Resellers must not represent themselves as Xoveni or as officially affiliated with third-party platforms unless expressly authorized.
- Resellers must not make guarantees that materially exceed the guarantees of the underlying Xoveni service unless they independently accept responsibility for those guarantees.
46. Child-Panel Acceptable Use
- Child-panel operators are responsible for the operation and use of their panel.
- They are responsible for domains, DNS, branding, customer accounts, staff access, pricing, customer communication, legal pages, and payment arrangements.
- Child panels must not be used for fraud, impersonation, phishing, unlawful services, or other prohibited activity.
- Xoveni may suspend a child panel where its operation creates material legal, security, payment, or platform risk.
47. Reseller End Customers
- End customers of a reseller or child panel are generally customers of that reseller rather than direct customers of Xoveni.
- The reseller is responsible for representations and promises made to its end customers.
- Xoveni may investigate downstream activity where necessary to protect the platform or comply with law.
- Xoveni may require a reseller to restrict or terminate an abusive end customer.
48. Downstream Abuse
- A reseller is responsible for activity routed through the reseller's Xoveni account or child panel.
- Repeated abuse by downstream customers may result in restrictions on the reseller account.
- Resellers should maintain reasonable procedures for responding to fraud, prohibited content, abuse, chargebacks, and other violations by their users.
- Failure to address serious downstream abuse may result in suspension or termination.
49. CRM Acceptable Use
- Xoveni CRM and Unified Inbox features must be used for lawful customer communication, support, sales, service, and related business activities.
- Users must not use CRM functionality to facilitate fraud, phishing, harassment, unlawful surveillance, or deceptive communications.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that customer and contact data processed through CRM tools is collected and used lawfully.
- CRM usage remains subject to the Xoveni Privacy Policy.
50. Email and Messaging Compliance
- You are responsible for complying with applicable anti-spam, marketing, privacy, telecommunications, and messaging laws.
- You must obtain consent or another lawful basis where required before sending marketing or promotional communications.
- You must not use Xoveni to send unlawful unsolicited bulk communications.
- You must not disguise the origin of deceptive or fraudulent communications.
- Third-party messaging platforms may independently restrict or terminate accounts that violate their policies.
51. Connected Communication Accounts
- You must connect only communication accounts, channels, pages, numbers, inboxes, or other resources that you are authorized to use.
- You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials, permissions, access tokens, approvals, and subscriptions required by third-party communication providers.
- Xoveni is not responsible for integration failures caused by revoked, expired, invalid, or restricted third-party credentials.
- You should promptly disconnect integrations that you are no longer authorized to use.
52. Customer Data in CRM
- You must not upload, import, collect, or process personal information that you are not legally permitted to use.
- You are responsible for determining the legal basis for processing customer and contact information.
- Sensitive information should not be collected unnecessarily.
- Business users and resellers remain responsible for their own privacy notices and data-handling obligations.
- Additional requirements may apply under the Xoveni Privacy Policy.
53. AI-Assisted Features
- AI-assisted features may be used for support drafting, customer communication, summarization, knowledge retrieval, automation, and other supported purposes.
- You must not intentionally use AI-assisted features to generate unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, or prohibited content.
- AI-generated output may contain errors and should be reviewed where accuracy is important.
- You remain responsible for communications, decisions, or actions taken based on AI-generated content.
54. Knowledge Base and Uploaded Content
- You must have the legal right to upload, store, process, and use information added to Xoveni knowledge-base or retrieval features.
- You must not upload malware, unlawfully obtained data, infringing content, or materials you are prohibited from processing.
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and currency of knowledge-base information.
- Outdated or incorrect source information may result in inaccurate AI-assisted responses.
55. Staff and Team Accounts
- If Xoveni supports staff, agent, reseller, or team accounts, the primary account holder is responsible for managing access appropriately.
- Staff permissions should be limited according to legitimate business needs.
- You should promptly remove access for staff or contractors who are no longer authorized.
- Activity performed through authorized staff accounts may be treated as activity of the primary account.
56. Account Sharing
- You are responsible for protecting your Xoveni account and credentials.
- You should not share passwords, API keys, authentication codes, or other credentials with unauthorized persons.
- Where team access is required, supported staff or role-based access should be used where available.
- Xoveni may restrict accounts where credential sharing creates material security or fraud risk.
57. Multiple Accounts
- Multiple accounts may be permitted where legitimately required for separate business, reseller, agency, or operational purposes.
- You must not create multiple accounts to bypass account restrictions, service limits, verification requirements, promotions, bonuses, referral rules, payment controls, or enforcement actions.
- Xoveni may link, restrict, suspend, or consolidate accounts where multiple-account abuse is detected.
58. Promotions and Referral Programs
- Promotions, referral programs, deposit bonuses, coupons, credits, and other incentives may have separate eligibility conditions.
- You must not create fake accounts, self-refer through unauthorized methods, manipulate transactions, or otherwise exploit promotional programs.
- Xoveni may remove improperly obtained credits or bonuses.
- Promotional abuse may result in restriction or termination of associated accounts.
59. Payment and Chargeback Abuse
- You must not knowingly file false, fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive payment disputes or chargebacks.
- Customers should contact Xoveni Support first where a dispute relates to an authorized transaction or service issue.
- Xoveni may restrict accounts associated with repeated payment abuse.
- Genuine unauthorized transaction rights remain unaffected.
60. Verification Requests
- Xoveni may request reasonable verification where necessary for account security, fraud prevention, payment review, refund processing, account recovery, reseller applications, or other higher-risk activity.
- You must not submit false or altered verification documents.
- Failure to provide reasonably requested verification may result in delay, restriction, cancellation, or suspension where appropriate.
- Verification information is handled according to the Xoveni Privacy Policy.
61. Abuse of Support Systems
- Xoveni Support must not be used for threats, harassment, fraud, impersonation, spam, or submission of knowingly false claims.
- You should provide accurate order and transaction information when requesting assistance.
- Repeated duplicate requests may delay investigation and resolution.
- Abusive use of support channels may result in communication restrictions or account action.
62. Attempts to Manipulate Delivery Evidence
- You must not intentionally manipulate follower counts, view counts, like counts, subscriber counts, screenshots, account privacy settings, target URLs, timestamps, or other evidence to create a false delivery claim.
- You must not submit altered screenshots or fabricated order evidence.
- Xoveni may rely on platform data, provider records, system logs, and other available evidence when investigating disputes.
- Fraudulent evidence may result in denial of a claim and account restriction.
63. Service Monitoring
- Xoveni may monitor order activity, API traffic, payment activity, login activity, support interactions, reseller activity, and system usage for security, fraud prevention, operational reliability, and policy enforcement.
- Monitoring may be automated or manual.
- Xoveni may investigate unusual patterns before taking enforcement action.
- Monitoring and personal-data processing are subject to the Xoveni Privacy Policy.
64. Enforcement
- Xoveni may take reasonable action where it believes this Policy has been violated.
- Enforcement actions may include warning, request for corrective action, order cancellation, service restriction, API rate limiting, payment restriction, reseller restriction, temporary suspension, or account termination.
- The enforcement response may depend on the seriousness, frequency, risk, and circumstances of the violation.
- Xoveni is not required to apply identical enforcement measures to every type of violation.
65. Immediate Suspension
- Xoveni may suspend access without advance notice where reasonably necessary to respond to suspected fraud, security compromise, payment abuse, serious prohibited activity, legal risk, or threat to platform stability.
- Temporary suspension may remain in effect while Xoveni investigates.
- Certain orders, payments, API activity, reseller functionality, or child-panel services may be paused during an investigation.
- Restoration may require successful verification or correction of the underlying issue.
66. Order Cancellation for Policy Violations
- Xoveni may cancel or refuse orders that violate this Policy, applicable law, provider restrictions, or service requirements.
- Cancellation does not automatically create a cash refund.
- Eligible unused amounts may be handled according to the Refund & Refill Policy.
- Orders associated with fraud, stolen payments, abuse, or unlawful activity may be subject to additional restrictions.
67. Account Termination
- Serious or repeated violations of this Policy may result in account termination.
- Xoveni may also terminate reseller or child-panel functionality where downstream activity repeatedly violates applicable rules.
- Remaining balances, outstanding orders, refunds, chargebacks, and financial obligations will be handled according to the Terms & Conditions and Refund & Refill Policy.
- Records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
68. Service Interruptions
- Xoveni does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services.
- Maintenance, provider outages, hosting failures, network issues, API failures, payment-provider issues, cyber incidents, or third-party platform changes may temporarily affect access or delivery.
- Reasonable technical interruptions do not automatically create a right to compensation.
- Orders that cannot be completed may be reviewed according to the Refund & Refill Policy.
69. Force Majeure
- Xoveni is not responsible for delay or failure resulting from events outside its reasonable control.
- Such events may include natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, internet outages, power failures, labor disruptions, cyberattacks, hosting failures, payment-network failures, provider outages, or major third-party platform changes.
- Where such events materially prevent delivery, Xoveni may determine whether an affected order can be completed, replaced, cancelled, or credited.
70. Mandatory Legal Rights
- Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- Where mandatory law conflicts with a provision of this Policy, the mandatory requirement applies to the extent legally required.
- The applicability of specific legal protections may depend on the user's location, transaction type, account type, and individual circumstances.
71. Relationship With Other Xoveni Policies
- This Policy should be read together with the Xoveni Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Refill Policy, and applicable service descriptions.
- The Terms & Conditions establish the general contractual rules governing Xoveni.
- The Refund & Refill Policy governs refunds, wallet credits, cancellations, partial orders, drops, and refill eligibility.
- The Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and other processing of personal information.
- Service-specific descriptions may contain additional requirements applicable to individual orders.
72. Changes to This Policy
- Xoveni may update this Acceptable Use & Delivery Policy to reflect changes in services, platform rules, provider requirements, APIs, technology, security practices, payment systems, legal requirements, or operational practices.
- The latest version will be published on Xoveni with an updated “Last Updated” date.
- Where required by applicable law, Xoveni may provide additional notice of material changes.
- Service-specific conditions displayed when an existing order was placed may continue to apply to that order where appropriate.
73. Contact
